从"微生物-脑-肠轴"谈中医"脑肠同治"防治结直肠癌

摘要
结直肠癌(CRC)是我国发病率和死亡率较高的消化道恶性疾病之一,"微生物-脑-肠轴"包括肠道菌群微生物及其代谢产物、肠神经系统、自主神经系统、神经免疫学、神经内分泌系统和中枢神经系统,"微生物-脑-肠轴"在CRC肿瘤细胞的生长、增殖、侵袭和转移方面起重要作用.中医药凭借中医思维优势,以中医整体观认识CRC,脑肠同治,在脑-心-神及肠-脾-肝2个方面对机体进行调节,维持"微生物-脑-肠轴"的相对平衡,进而防治结直肠癌.
Abstract
Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the malignant diseases of the digestive tract,with high morbidity and mortality in China.The microorganism-gut-brain axis includes gut flora and their metabolites,enteric nervous system,autonomic nervous system,neuroimmune system,neuroendocrine system,and central nervous system.It plays an important role in the growth,proliferation,in-vasion,and metastasis of CRC cells.According to the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),CRC can be treated from both the brain and the gut.The balance of the microorganism-gut-brain axis can be maintained by regulating the intestinal flora,which can inhibit the progression of CRC.
