路志正教授湿燥理论学术思想及临证经验

摘要
路志正教授基于临床实践提出湿燥理论,认为从湿致燥是临床常见现象,临床表现具有特异性;其核心病机是水液代谢和少阳三焦开阖失常,兼夹邪气因素,并受脏腑特性影响,湿燥证治应以辛润为原则,辛展阳气、辛开枢机、除湿润燥,以及甘淡滋脾,该理论为解决临床问题提供了策略与方法.
Abstract
Professor LU Zhizheng proposed the theory of dampness and dryness based on clinical practice.He believes that dryness caused by dampness is a common phenomenon in clinical practice,and the clinical manifestations are specific.The core pathogene-sis is abnormal water-liquid metabolism and dysfunction of the opening and closing of Shaoyang Sanjiao,accompanied by pathogenic factors and affected by the characteristics of zang-fu organs.The treatment of dampness-dryness syndrome should be based on the principle of"pungent and moist",involving the stimulation of Yang Qi,the stimulation of cardinal,the removal of dampness,the moistening of dryness,as well as the application of the method of nourishing spleen with sweet and light herbs,which has provided strategies and methods to solve clinical problems.
