慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)是以长时间无法解释的疲劳、睡眠后精力无法自行恢复为主要特征的神经免疫疾病.肠道菌群作为调节中枢神经系统的关键因素,参与CFS的发生发展.为明确肠道菌群在CFS发病过程的作用机制.现基于微生物-肠-脑轴,分析影响CFS的肠道菌群及其代谢产物,探讨肠道菌群失调减弱内毒素耐受、破坏肠道屏障、改变肠道菌群代谢进而调控CFS中枢神经系统的内在机制.为进一步开展CFS肠道微生物研究提供参考,同时为CFS的防治提供新的临床思路.
Chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)is a neuroimmune disease characterized by unexplained fatigue for a long time and ina-bility to recover energy after sleep.As a key factor regulating the central nervous system,intestinal flora participates in the occur-rence and development of CFS.To clarify the mechanism of intestinal flora in the pathogenesis of CFS,this paper analyzed the intes-tinal flora and its metabolites affecting CFS based on the microorganism-gut-brain axis,and discussed the internal mechanism of in-testinal flora imbalance in weakening endotoxin tolerance,destroying intestinal barrier,changing intestinal flora metabolism to regu-late the central nervous system of CFS.The paper facilitates the further research on intestinal microorganisms of CFS patients and provide a new clinical idea for the prevention and treatment of CFS.
