目的:探讨疏风解毒胶囊联合西药治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染(AURI)的临床疗效及其安全性。方法:在国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(CSPD)及中文科技期刊数据库(CCD)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)、PubMed和Cochrane Library检索疏风解毒胶囊联合西药治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的随机对照试验研究，时间截止到2023年3月。由2名研究者对检索到的文献进行筛选和数据资料提取，再使用Stata16进行Meta分析。结果:共检索出86篇文献，最终纳入16篇文献，共包括患者1 754例，纳人文献总体质量高。Meta分析结果显示，使用疏风解毒胶囊联合西药治疗的临床总有效率和复发率优于西药(P＜0。05)，不良反应发生率低于西药(P＜0。05)，临床症状消退时间除发热外均优于西药(P＜0。05)。结论:疏风解毒胶囊联合西药的疗效和安全性较好，但由于受到纳人文献质量和发表偏倚的影响，本研究结果需要更多的高质量临床研究去验证。
Shufeng Jiedu Capsules Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Acute Upper Respiratory Infection in Children:A Meta-analysis
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shufeng Jiedu capsules combined with Western medicine in the treatment of acute upper respiratory infection(AURI)in children.Methods:The randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of Shufeng Jiedu capsules combined with Western medicine in the treatment of acute upper respiratory infection in children were re-trieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Science Periodical Database(CSCD),Chinese Citation Database(CCD),SinoMed,PubMed,and Cochrane Library with the time limit to March 2023.Two researchers screened the re-trieved articles and extracted the data.Meta-analysis was performed in Stata16.Results:A total of 86 articles were retrieved,in which 16 articles were selected for analysis,involving 1 754 patients.The overall quality of the included articles was high.The re-sults of the meta-analysis showed that Shufeng Jiedu capsules combined with Western medicine had higher total response rate,lower recurrence,lower incidence of adverse reactions,and shorter time to relief of symptoms(except fever)than Western medicine(all P＜0.05).Conclusion:Shufeng Jiedu capsules combined with Western medicine has good efficacy and safety.Due to the limita-tions of the quality of the included articles and publication bias,the results of this study need to be verified by more high-quality clinical trials.
