摘要
目的:回顾既往相关随机对照试验文献,分析针刺有效治疗冠心病病例的临床选穴特点.方法:检索2010年1月1日至2020年10月1日公开发表的针刺有效治疗冠心病的随机对照试验文献,并进行回顾性分析,对腧穴选择、腧穴分布、经脉归属、选穴配伍、针刺方法等进行总结.结果:纳人文献45篇,涉及病例3 866例,治疗冠心病多选择心包经、膀胱经和任脉,选穴以内关、膻中、心俞、足三里、神门等最常用,部位以四肢部为主,特定穴以五腧穴和络穴为主,针刺方法以平补平泻法居多.结论:对基于文献对针刺有效治疗冠心病的选穴特点进行了总结分析,为临床选穴辨治提供了参考和借鉴.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of acupoint selection in acupuncture for coronary heart disease by re-viewing relevant randomized controlled trials(RCTs).Methods:The RCTs on acupuncture for coronary heart disease that were published from January 1 to October 1 in 2020 were retrieved.A retrospective analysis was performed to summarize the rules of acu-point selection,acupoint distribution,meridian tropism,acupoint compatibility,and acupuncture methods.Results:A total of 45 arti-cles were included,involving 3 866 cases.In the treatment of coronary heart disease,the acupoints on the pericardium meridian,bladder meridian,and conception vessel were most commonly selected,such as Neiguan(PC6),Danzhong(CV17),Xinshu(BL15),Zusanli(ST36),and Shenmen(HT7),which were mainly located on the extremities.The specific acupoints were mainly five transport points and collateral acupoints.Neutral reinforcement and reduction was the main acupuncture method.Conclusion:This paper summarizes the characteristics of acupoint selection for coronary heart disease based on the available articles,providing a reference for acupoint selection in clinical treatment.
