摘要
子宫内膜异位症是子宫内膜腺体及间质在子宫腔及以外侵袭、黏附、种植、生长.随着三孩政策的放开,其发病率不断上升,目前已成为导致不孕的重要原因,近年来越来越多研究表明,子宫内膜异位症不孕患者常出现局部或全身体液免疫、细胞免疫功能异常,引起了很多学者关注.现主要从先天性免疫、获得性免疫,以及免疫炎症介质探讨针灸对子宫内膜组织介导的免疫稳态失衡的作用机制,旨为子宫内膜异位症不孕的诊疗提供依据.
Abstract
Endometriosis is characterized by the invasion,adhesion,implantation,and growth of endometrial glands and mesen-chyme in the uterine cavity and beyond.With the announcement of the third-child policy,endometriosis has shown a rising inci-dence and become a key cause of infertility.Increasing studies have shown that the patients with endometriosis-associated infertility often have abnormalities in local or systemic humoral and cellular immune functions,which has attracted the attention of scholars.This paper focuses on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in regulating the immune imbalance mediated by the endome-triosis tissue from innate immunity,acquired immunity,and immune cytokines,aiming to provide a basis for the treatment of endo-metriosis-associated infertility.
