培土制水论治原发性肾病综合征的相关研究进展

Research Progress on Treatment of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome Based on the Theory of Cultivating Earth to Control Water

肾病综合征(NS)是由肾小球滤过膜通透性增加而导致的以大量蛋白尿、低蛋白血症、高脂血症和水肿为特征的综合征,原发性肾病综合征(PNS)是常见类型,随着中医药研究的深入,发现中医药在治疗该病领域具有明显优势删除黄色更好.培土制水是基于中医五行生克制化理论衍生出的治法,主张以培补土气治疗水病,即通过健脾益胃以达到治疗肾脏疾病的作用.近有研究利用培土制水论治PNS,取得一定疗效.故本篇从PNS病于"土"的中医认识挖掘培土制水的内涵,并探索总结利用培土制水治疗PNS的单味药和复方的实验研究进展,归纳其临床研究进展,发现通过培土制水能改善PNS的临床症状和实验室指标,加快激素撤减并且减少激素的不良反应,并且对减少疾病的复发和改善预后都有积极意义.
Nephrotic syndrome(NS)is a group of clinical syndromes characterized by massive proteinuria,hypoproteinemia,hyper-lipidemia and edema caused by impaired glomerular filtration barrier,and primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS)is a common type.With the in-depth and extensive research on traditional Chinese medicine,it has been found that traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of PNS.The treatment principle of cultivating earth to control water is based on the theory of re-striction among five elements in traditional Chinese medicine.It advocates nourishing earth qi to treat water diseases,that is,to cure kidney diseases by strengthening the spleen and stomach.In recent research,the theory of cultivating earth to control water has been adopted to treat PNS,which achieved certain curative effect.Therefore,this paper mined the connotation of cultivating earth to con-trol water from the perspective of"earth"in traditional Chinese medicine treatment of PNS,reviewed the experimental research on single herbs and compound for the treatment of PNS based on the theory of cultivating earth to control water,and summarized the clinical research progress.It was found that cultivating earth to control water alleviated the clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes of PNS,accelerated the decrease of the hormone and reduced the side effects of hormone.Additionally,it had positive significance for the recurrence and prognosis of the disease.
