Objective:This paper reviewed the methods of acupuncture in the treatment of depression in classical literature and used complex network technology to find the acupoint compatibility law of acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods:The ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine were consulted,such as Huangdi Internal Classic,Treatise on Typhoid and Miscellaneous Diseases,A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,and Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,so as to explore the ancients'understanding of acupuncture in the treatment of depression.The modern published literature was checked,and the quality of the selected literature was evaluated.The prescription database of acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke de-pression was established,and the acupoint compatibility law of acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke depression was explored by complex network technology.Results:Depression can be caused by emotion and illness,and post-stroke depression is caused by disease.The pathogenesis is that if the spirit is insufficient,people will be sad.The treatment is mainly to adjust the Qi mechanism and finally achieve the state of Qi and blood impulse.The core acupoints for acupuncture treatment of post-stroke depression are Baihui,Y intang,Sishencong,Shenting,Sanyinjiao,Neiguan,Taichong,and Shenmen according to modern literature.Conclusion:The treatment of post-stroke depression is mainly to adjust Qi mechanism.The core acupoints of acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke depression are Baihui,Yintang,Neiguan,Sanyinjiao,Taichong,and Shenmen.
