中药提取物榄香烯在镇痛作用中的研究进展

榄香烯(Elemene)是从我国传统中草药莪术中提出来的倍半萜烯类化合物,其不仅具有较强的抗肿瘤活性,并且对各种疾病导致的疼痛均显示出较好的治疗效果.研究表明,榄香烯镇痛效果明显,不良反应较少,相较于非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)易引发的胃肠道出血、过敏以及阿片类药物易导致成瘾的问题优势明显,因而具有很高的临床应用价值.近年来的研究结果显示,榄香烯镇痛的机制是多方面的,包括多途径、多通路、多靶点,镇痛效果显著.另外,将榄香烯与其他药物或者镇痛方式联合使用可以有效缓解各类疼痛给患者带来的痛苦,显著提高患者的生命质量.因此,通过对榄香烯既往的镇痛研究进行总结回顾,在与传统镇痛药物疗效和不良反应对比的同时,凸显出榄香烯在治疗慢性疼痛中的巨大潜力,并希望推动其进一步研究,为临床镇痛药物的合理选择提供参考.
Elemene is a sesquiterpene compound extracted from the traditional Chinese herb,namely zedoary turmeric.Elemene not only has strong anti-tumor activity but also shows good therapeutic effects on pain caused by various diseases.Studies have shown that elemene has an obvious analgesic effect and few side effects,and it has significant advantages compared with non-ster-oidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)causing gastrointestinal bleeding and allergy and opioids causing addiction,so it has high clinical application value.Recent studies have shown that the analgesic mechanism of elemene is multifaceted,including multiple methods,multiple pathways,and multiple targets,and the analgesic effect is significant.In addition,when elemene is used in combi-nation with other drugs or analgesic methods,it can effectively relieve all kinds of pain and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.Therefore,this article summarized and reviewed the previous analgesic studies of elemene and highlighted the great po-tential of elemene in the treatment of chronic pain while comparing its efficacy and side effects with traditional analgesic drugs,so as to promote its further research and provide a reference for the rational selection of clinical analgesic drugs.
