中文摘要：心血管疾病是严重威胁人类健康的循环系统疾病,具有发病率、致残率和死亡率高的特点.铁死亡作为一种新型细胞死亡方式,与脂质、铁、氨基酸代谢密不可分.线粒体形态学作为铁死亡的特征改变,其与铁死亡的发生机制关联密切.通过介绍铁死亡发生机制、线粒体在铁死亡中的作用、心血管疾病中二者间相互作用及中医药治疗,这有助于了解铁死亡相关性疾病并寻找新的治疗靶点.

外文摘要：Cardiovascular disease is a circulatory system disease seriously threatening human health.It is characterized by high morbidity,disability,and mortality.As a new cell death mode,ferroptosis is closely related to lipid,iron,and amino acid metabo-lism.Mitochondrial morphology,as a characteristic change of ferroptosis,is highly related to the mechanism of ferroptosis.By intro-ducing the mechanism of ferroptosis,the role of mitochondria in ferroptosis,the interaction between mitochondria and ferroptosis in cardiovascular diseases,and the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,it is helpful to understand the diseases related to ferrop-tosis and find new therapeutic targets.
