Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shenyuandan Capsules on the zebrafish model of qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:Anhydrous sodium sulfite and isoprenaline hydrochloride solution were used to treat the wild-type AB strain of zebrafish on the 4th day after fertilization to establish a model of qi deficiency and blood stasis.The therapeutic effect of Se-nyuandan Capsules on the model was evaluated.The experiments were carried out for the following groups:normal control,model control,Naoxintong Capsules,and low-,medium-,and high-dose Shenyuandan Capsules.The effect of Shenyuandan Capsules on the model was evaluated based on the total moving distance,levels of adenosine triphosphate(ATP)and lactic acid,cardiac blood flow velocity,cardiac output,and apoptosis of cardiomyocytes in the zebrafish.Results:Compared with the normal control group,the model control group showed reductions in the total moving distance,ATP level,blood flow velocity,and cardiac output and increases in the lactic acid level and cardiomyocyte apoptosis(all P<0.05).Compared with the model control group,Shenyuandan Capsules restored the indicators above(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenyuandan Capsules can significantly attenuate the syndrome of qi de-ficiency and blood stasis in zebrafish.
