继发性肾小球疾病是严重影响人类生命和健康的多发病.中医认为此类疾病的关键病机为清阳不升,浊阴不降.其主要病位在肺、脾、肾.瘀浊、痰湿等有形病理产物对肾脏的损害是影响疾病进展的重要因素.针对此类疾病常规治疗复杂漫长,症状迁延多变,疾病复发率高等诸多不足,中医着眼于整体观及辨证论治,以升清降浊为指导思想展开治疗,包括调脾肾以助升降、交心肾以运输布、畅气机以促升降、培正气以助升清、除邪气以降脏浊、借性味以助升降.不仅可以改善患者病情,提高临床疗效,更是对拓宽疾病治疗思路,突出中医治疗特色具有重要意义.
Secondary glomerular disease is a frequently-occurring disease that seriously affects human life and health.Traditional Chinese medicine attributes the key pathogenesis of such diseases to the failure of ascending clear yang and descending turbid yin.The main affected organs are lung,spleen and kidney.Tangible pathological products such as blood stasis and phlegm-dampness paly a crucial role in damaging the kidneys and influencing the progression of the disease.Conventional treatments for these disea-ses are often complicated,lengthy,and associated with fluctuating symptoms and high recurrence rates,traditional Chinese medi-cine,focused on the holistic perspective based on syndrome differentiation,employs the principle of ascending clear and descending turbidity in treatment,including regulating the spleen and kidney to assist in ascending and descending,connecting the heart and kidney for transportation and distribution,promoting the circulation of qi to facilitate ascending and descending,nurturing righteous qi to aid in ascending and clearing,eliminating pathogenic factors to descend turbidity,and utilizing the properties and tastes of herbs to assist in ascending and descending..This approach can not only improve the patient's conditions and enhance clinical effi-cacy,but also is of great significance to broaden the scope of disease treatment and highlight the unique characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.
