基于数据挖掘的甲状腺肿动物模型应用剖析

目的:研究甲状腺肿动物模型的造模特点,为提高甲状腺肿造模成功率与临床吻合度提供借鉴.方法:以甲状腺肿和动物模型为主题词,检索国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(CSPD)及中文科技期刊数据库(CCD)和Pubmed数据库中2000年1月至2022年2月的全部实验性期刊文献.对实验动物种类、造模方法、阳性药、造模时间、检测指标等进行归纳分析.结果:筛选得到149篇符合标准的期刊文献,动物种类以雌雄各半的Wister大鼠和SD大鼠为主,丙硫氧嘧啶灌胃法和低碘饲料自由饮为最常见的造模方法;造模时间多为90 d和14 d,最长为缺碘性甲状腺肿365 d;指标检测以甲状腺系数、血清中三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)指标、甲状腺组织光镜检查为主.结论:现有的动物模型常以药物、低碘饲料诱导法等单因素建模,缺少多种因素结合的建模评价体系,如限水、控食法和低碘饮食法虽较符合真实甲状腺肿的致病因素,但目前相关研究较为表浅.
Objective:To study the features of goiter animal model and to provide reference for improving the success of goiter modeling and clinical coincidence.Methods:With goiter and animal model as the subject words,all the experimental journals pub-lished in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Science Periodical Database(CSPD),Chinese Citation Database(CCD)and Pubmed from January 2000 to February 2022 were searched.Inductive analysis was performed on experimental ani-mals,modeling methods,positive drugs,modeling time,detection indexes,etc.Results:A total of 149 journals were selected,and the main animal species were half male and female Wister rats and SD rats.Propylthiouracil by gavage and free drinking of low iodine feed were the most common modeling methods,and the main modeling time was 90 days and 14 days,with the longest being iodine deficiency goiter for 365 days.The detection indexes mainly included thyroid coefficient,serum T3,T4,TSH and thyroid tissue un-der light microscope.Conclusion:The existing animal models are usually established by single factors such as drugs and low iodine feed induction,and there is a lack of modeling and evaluation system integrating many factors,such as water restriction,diet control and low iodine diet.Though this is consistent with the pathogenic factors of goiter,in-depth research is needed.
