退行性腰椎滑脱症是我国中老年人群常见疾病,是造成活动障碍的重要因素之一,现有临床治疗多以保守治疗为主,其中中医正骨手法可以直接调整筋骨的位置及关系,具有纠正腰椎滑脱、纠正小关节错位的作用,具有无创、费用低、并发症少的优势,易为患者接受,已成为退行性腰椎滑脱症的重要治疗手段之一.中医正骨手法流派众多,其中腰腹联合手法是赵明宇主任中医师在不断的临床实践探索中所提出的治疗退行性腰椎疾病的新方法,该方法以中医整体观念为基础,符合现代解剖学、现代生物力学、中医经络学及中医腹诊法的理论基础.
Degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis is a common disease among middle-aged and elderly individuals in China.It stands as a significant contributor to impaired mobility,and is mainly managed through conservative treatments in clinical practice,in which bone-rectifying manipulation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can directly adjust the position and relationship of tendons and bones.It has the effect of correcting lumbar spondylolisthesis and facet joint dislocation,and has the advantages of non-invasive,low cost and less complications,making it readily acceptable to patients.It,therefore,has become one of the important therapeutic approach for degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis.There are many schools of TCM bone-rectifying manipulation,among which lumbar-abdominal combination technique has been proposed by Chief TCM Physician Zhao Mingyu through continuous clini-cal exploration..Grounded in the holistic principles of traditional Chinese medicine,the lumbar-abdominal combination technique aligns with the theoretical basis of modern anatomy,modern biomechanics,meridians and collaterals of TCM and abdominal diagno-sis methods.
