A large number of studies at home and abroad have proved that acupuncture can improve the symptoms of Parkinson's disease(PD)through different mechanisms of action,with significant efficacy and safety According to the different etiological and pathological characteristics of PD and the understanding of the brain in modern medicine,scholars have integrated acupuncture and moxibustion theories to formulate multiple acupuncture principles and acupoint selection prescriptions,such as Tremor Three-Nee-dle Technique,Qihuang acupuncture therapy,Sanjiao acupuncture,etc.
