肺系疫病是中医疫病中传染性最强、发病率最高、危害性最大的一类.总结肺系疫病的近现代辨证论治方法,多继承应用传统的伤寒六经辨证、卫气营血辨证、三焦辨证方法等,或者将2种及2种以上传统方法相结合地创新性应用;分期(型)论治的方法因其简便性、现代临床适用性,应用非常普遍;此外肺系疫病还常根据具体疾病的自身演变特点采取特殊的辨治方法,如辨顺症、逆症治疗与辨常证、变证治疗方法.认为肺系疫病的辨治应当结合辨证、辨病与辨症论治,传承创新,以适应现代临床的特点及需求.
Modern and Contemporary Differentiation and Treatment methods of Pestilential Disease of the Lung System
Pestilential disease of the lung system is one of the most infectious diseases of traditional Chinese medicine,with the high-est incidence and the greatest harm.The modern and contemporary methods of syndrome differentiation and treatment for this disease often involve the continued application of the traditional approaches,such as syndrome differentiation based on the six channels of ty-phoid,defense-qi-nutrient-blood syndrome differentiation,and syndrome differentiation of triple energizer.Alternatively,innovative ap-plications may combine two or more traditional methods in a creative manner.The treatment based on stage(type)is a very common method adopted by modern scholars,because of its simplicity and modern clinical applicability.In addition,special treatment methods are often adopted according to the evolving characteristics of the specific diseases,such as differentiating between conforming and con-trary patterns for treatment,as well as distinguishing normal and variable syndrome-related treatment.It is believed that the differenti-ation and treatment of pestilential disease of the lung system should be combined with syndrome differentiation,disease differentiation and symptom differentiation,integrating innovation to meet the characteristics and needs of modern clinical practice.
