摘要

林洪生教授在继承"扶正培本"理论的基础上,广纳各家肿瘤治疗之所长,结合四十多年临床诊疗经验,凝练并提出了"固本清源"理论,丰富了中医治疗恶性肿瘤的学术体系.通过阐述"固本清源"理论的源流以及科学内涵,将基于"固本清源"理论指导下的中医药应用于现代医学治疗肿瘤的各个阶段,较大程度上提高了临床疗效,丰富了中西医结合肿瘤防治的理论与方法.

Abstract

Building upon the theory of"Fuzheng Peiben",Professor Lin Hongsheng has incorporated strengths from various ap-proaches to cancer treatment.With more than 40 years of clinical diagnosis and treatment experience,he has condensed and pro-posed the theory of"Guben Qingyuan",which has enriched academic system of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of malignant tumors.This paper expounds the origin and scientific connotation of the theory of"Guben Qingyuan".Applying tradition-al Chinese medicine based on the"Guben Qingyuan"theory to various stages of modern medical tumor treatment greatly improves clinical efficacy and enriches the theory and method of tumor prevention and treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
