岭南刺络放血疗法是岭南针灸流派的重要组成部分,由陈全新教授结合多年临床经验所创,在治疗特应性皮炎方面有其独特的优势.其秉承"阴阳互济,通调和畅"的思想,将辨病、辨证、辨经络相合,以治血为主,补虚泻实,以快速旋转法进针,强调操作的无痛与无菌,在治疗特应性皮炎方面具有较好的指导借鉴意义.
Application of Lingnan Bloodletting Puncture with Cupping on Atopic Dermatitis
Lingnan bloodletting puncture with cupping is an important part of Lingnan Acupuncture School.It was created by Pro-fessor CHEN Quanxin based on years of clinical experience,and has unique advantages in the treatment of atopic dermatitis.Adhe-ring to the idea of harmony between yin and yang and draining,regulating and harmonizing,the method combines disease differenti-ation,syndrome differentiation and meridian differentiation,and focuses on treating blood,with tonifying deficiency and reducing ex-cess.For needles are injected by rapid rotating manipulation,it is characterized by painless and sterile operation,and has a guiding significance in the treatment of atopic dermatitis.
