Medication Regularity of Blood-activating and Stasis-removing Medicinal for Pulmonary Fibrosis Based on Data Mining in the Past 30 Years
Objective:This study aims to investigate the medication regularity of blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinal(Hereinafter referred to as blood-activating medicinal)in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis(PF).Methods:The literatures on blood-activating medicinal proven effective in clinical studies for the treatment of PF published between January 1,1992 and De-cember 31,2021 was retrieved from eight online databases.The information on prescriptions in the literature was extracted.SPSS Statistics 23 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 softwares were used for frequency statistics,cluster analysis,factor analysis,and association rule analysis.Results:A total of 324 literatures were included in the study.The most frequently used blood-activating medicinals were Danshen,Danggui,Chuanxiong,Taoren,and Dilong;while among other drugs,tonic medicines were used most frequently.The cluster analysis of high-frequency blood-activating medicinals should be clustered into 4 categories,and five common factors were extracted in factor analysis.Association rules analysis was performed for blood-activating medicinals and yielded 6 association rules.With blood-activating medicinals as the antecedent item and other drugs as the postecedent item,16 association rules were obtained.Conclusion:In the treatment of PF with blood-activating medicinals,a combination of blood nourishing,blood activating,blood breaking,insect drugs with dredging meridians and collateral is often used,which is mostly compatible with qi tonifying me-dicinal,yin-tonifying medicinal,cough-relieving,phlegm-resolving,and antiasthmatic medicinals,to replenish deficiency and relieve excess to restore its source.
