摘要
目的:通过整理应用香砂六君子汤的临床病案,分析香砂六君子汤的临床证治规律,以进一步完善香砂六君子汤的相关理论、扩展其应用范围,总结名老中医学术经验.方法:选取门诊102例应用香砂六君子汤的有效病案作为研究对象,对患者的疾病、症状以及舌脉药物等进行统计分析.结果:香砂六君子汤的应用女性比男性多,以青中年为主.患者肝郁症状和脾虚症状共现,兼以痰湿之症,胖大舌或齿痕舌,苔白腻,脉弦、沉、细等.贾跃进应用香砂六君子汤的基本药物为:香附、白术、党参、半夏、砂仁、茯苓、陈皮,去用了甘草.常加减用的药物有麦芽、合欢皮、远志、枳实、莱菔子、薏苡仁、延胡索等.结论:贾跃进应用香砂六君子汤治疗肝郁脾虚证重在调畅气机,是顾护脾胃以及对胃不和则卧不安理论的实践.
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the clinical syndromes and treatment laws of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction by sorting out the medical records of the application of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction,so as to further improve the relevant theory of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction,expand its application range,and summarize the academic experience of famous veteran teran doctors of TCM.Methods:A total of 102 medical records of outpatients treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction were selected as the research objects,and their diseases,symptoms,tongue and pulse,and medication were statistically analyzed.Results:There were obvious gender differ-ences in the application of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction.There were more females than males,and the majority were young and mid-dle-aged.The patient's symptoms of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency coexist,accompanied by symptoms of phlegm-dampness,enlarged or dentate tongue,white and greasy coating,and a wiry,deep,and thready pulse.Jia Yuejin's basic prescription of Xiang-sha Liujunzi Decoction include Cyanophora,Atractylodes,Codonopsis,Pinellia,Amomum,Poria,and Chenpi,without Licorice.The commonly added or subtracted medicines are Malt,Acacia bark,Polygala,Citrus aurantium,Raisin,Coix Seed,Corydalis,and so on.Conclusion:Jia Yuejin's application of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency focu-ses on regulating qi movement,harmonizing the spleen and stomach,and the practice of the theory of disorder of the stomach leading to insomnia with restlessness.
