Cervical cancer gains the sixth high incidence of female malignant tumor in China,which seriously endangers women's health.The continuous infection of high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)in the cervix is the main factor inducing cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Since it takes a long time from high-risk HPV infection to cervical cancer,it is particu-larly important to block cervical high-risk HPV infection in time to effectively prevent the progress of the disease and avoid the oc-currence of cervical cancer.Western medicine for external use,ablation,and surgical treatment can lead to complications such as relapse,bleeding,infection and postoperative impact on fertility..On the contrary,traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on syndrome differentiation can provide effective intervention in different stages of disease.Besides,Chinese medicine has multiple tar-gets and interacts with multiple signaling pathways.So it's a good idea to integrate traditional Chinese medicine and Western medi-cine to improve clinical efficacy for high-risk HPV infection of cervix.In this paper,the main methods of traditional Chinese medi-cine and Western medicine for high-risk HPV infection of cervix were reviewed,which provides ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Meanwhile,the experimental model of high-risk HPV infection of cervix and the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine against high-risk HPV infection were reviewed,providing reference for further experimental research.
