摘要

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是妇科常见的生殖内分泌代谢性疾病,是造成育龄期妇女月经不调及不孕最常见的原因.PCOS患者多伴有肥胖,肥胖型PCOS患者中代谢综合征和代谢异常的发生率均高于非肥胖者.本病临床治疗以口服药物、手术治疗及生活调控为主,然而,这些治疗方法存在依从性低、易发生卵巢过度刺激征甚至禁忌证等缺点.穴位埋线是一种中医特色疗法,具有疗效持久、成本低、不良反应小等优点,故从穴位埋线治疗肥胖型PCOS的作用机制及临床进展等方面进行综述,为临床提供治疗思路和方法.

Abstract

Polycystic ovarian syndrome(PC OS)is a common reproductive endocrine metabolic disease in gynecology,and it is the most common cause of irregular menstruation and infertility in women of childbearing age.Patients with PCOS often present with o-besity,and the incidence of metabolic syndrome and metabolic abnormalities is higher in obese PCOS patients than in non-obese in-dividuals.The clinical treatment of the disease with mainly involves oral medication,surgery precedures and lifesyle regulation.However,these treatments have some disadvantages,such as low compliance,to the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and contraindications.Acupoint catgut embedding is a distinctive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,which has the advantages of long-lasting curative effect,low cost and minimal adverse reactions.Therefore,this article reviews the mechanism and clinical pro-gress of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of obese-related PCOS and provide clinical insights and methods for treatment.
