聚类分析在中医药领域的研究进展

随着数千年的传承与发展,中医药领域产生了海量的数据.如何快速、准确地从其中获取有价值的隐性知识,是中医药传承与创新发展中亟待解决的问题.作为数据挖掘的一种常用技术方法,聚类分析能够从对象(或指标)集中发现隐藏的、相似的对象(指标)集,为中医药知识发现提供重要依据.本文在梳理聚类分析研究概况基础上,系统整理聚类分析在证候、证型演变、用药规律和中药鉴别等方面的应用现状,阐述了应用不足,为聚类分析与中医药传承发展的有机结合提供有益借鉴.
Research Progress of Clustering Analysis in Traditional Chinese Medicine
With thousands of years of inheritance and development,a large amount of data has been produced in the field of tradi-tional Chinese medicine(TCM).How to quickly and accurately obtain valuable tacit knowledge from the data is an urgent problem to be solved in the inheritance and innovative development of TCM.As a common technical method of data mining,clustering analy-sis can find tacit and similar sets of objects(or indicators)from the set of objects(or indicators),which provides an important basis for TCM knowledge discovery.On the basis of sorting out the research on clustering analysis,this paper systematically summarized the application status of clustering analysis in syndrome,syndrome type evolution,medication regularity,and TCM identification and expounded on the shortcomings of application,providing useful references for the organic combination of clustering analysis and the inheritance and development of TCM.
