中药抑制缺氧诱导因子-1α相关信号通路的抗肿瘤作用研究进展

缺氧是实体肿瘤的常见特征,缺氧微环境可引起缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)过表达.HIF-1α是缺氧应答中至关重要的转录调控因子,在各类肿瘤组织中均过表达,其在肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭转移、血管生成、糖酵解和免疫中发挥重要作用并参与多种转导通路.因此,HIF-1α作为治疗实体肿瘤的潜在靶点,颇有应用前景.相较于HIF-1α抑制剂存在高毒性、低效性的问题,中药具有多靶点、低毒性、高耐受性等优势,在肿瘤治疗中有广泛的应用前景.
Research Progress on Anti-tumor Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine by Inhibiting HIF-1α-related Signaling Pathways
Hypoxia is a common feature of solid tumors,and the hypoxia microenvironment can cause overexpression of hypoxia in-ducible factor-1(HIF-1).HIF-1α is a key transcriptional regulatory factor in hypoxia response,which is highly expressed in all kinds of tumor tissue.It plays an important role in tumor cell proliferation,invasion and metastasis,angiogenesis,glycolysis,and im-munity and participates in a variety of transduction pathways.Therefore,HIF-1α has a promising prospect as a potential target for the treatment of solid tumors.Compared with HIF-1α inhibitors,with high toxicity and low efficiency,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has the advantages of multiple targets,low toxicity,and high tolerance,so it has a wide application prospect in tumor therapy.
