李惠林基于肺主治节辨治甲亢经验

甲状腺功能亢进症是指甲状腺合成释放过多甲状腺激素,导致神经、消化、循环等系统兴奋性增高,且伴有代谢亢进及免疫异常的一种自身免疫性内分泌疾病.李教授认为该病发病与肺失治节密切相关,治疗上,在各个阶段均应注意调节肺的治节功能,通过疏风宣肺、理气化痰、滋阴清热、补益肺气等治法加强肺的治节作用,使气血顺畅,脏腑和谐,则该病自愈.
LI Huilin's Experience in Treating Hyperthyroidism Based on the Theory of Lung Governing Management and Regulation
Hyperthyroidism is an autoimmune endocrine disease characterized by increased excitability of nervous,digestive,circu-latory and other systems,hypermetabolism,and immune abnormalities due to the excessive synthesis and release of thyroid hormones by the thyroid glands.Professor LI Huilin believes that the onset of hyperthyroidism is closely related to the failure of the lung in governing management and regulation.In the treatment of hyperthyroidism,attention should be paid to strengthening the role of the lung in governing management and regulation by dispersing wind and ventilating lung,regulating qi and resolving phlegm,nouris-hing yin and clearing heat,and tonifying lung and replenishing qi.These methods will ensure the smooth flow of qi and blood and harmonize zang-fu organs,thus curing hyperthyroidism.
