半夏泻心汤化学成分、药理作用的研究进展及质量标志物的预测

Research Progress in the Chemical Components and Pharmacological Effects of Banxia Xiexin Decoction and Predictive Analysis of Q-markers

半夏泻心汤(BXD)是记载于《伤寒论》中的经典名方之一,具有调和肝脾、寒热平调、消痞散结之功效.研究发现BXD具有保护胃肠道黏膜、抗胃肠道肿瘤、调节肠道菌群、降血糖、改善胰岛素抵抗、调节神经递质、抗抑郁等作用.通过对BXD的化学成分、药理作用研究进展进行归纳、总结与分析,并基于中药质量标志物(Q-marker)的传递与溯源、特有性、有效性、可测性及复方配伍环境对BXD的Q-marker进行预测分析,发现表小檗碱、黄连碱、巴马汀、小檗碱、黄芩苷、甘草酸、6-姜辣素、β-谷甾醇可作为BXD的Q-marker,以此为建立BXD及其复方制剂的质量控制体系和全过程质量溯源体系提供科学参考依据.
Banxia Xiexin Decoction is one of the classic formulas recorded in the Treatise on Febrile Diseases(Shang Han Lun),with the effects of regulating the liver and spleen,balancing cold and heat,and dispersing mass and resolving accumulation.Modern medical research has shown that Banxia Xiexin Decoction has the effects of protecting the gastrointestinal mucosa,inhibiting gastro-intestinal tract tumors,regulating intestinal microbiota,lowering blood glucose,mitigating insulin resistance,modulating neurotrans-mitters,and preventing depression.This article comprehensively reviews the research progress in the chemical components and pharmacological effects of Banxia Xiexin Decoction.Furthermore,we predict the quality markers(Q-markers)of Banxia Xiexin De-coction according to the transmission,traceability,specificity,effectiveness,and measurability of Q-markers and the compatibility environment.The results suggest that epiberberine,coptisine,palmatine,berberine,baicalin,glycyrrhizic acid,6-gingerol,and β-si-tosterol can serve as the Q-markers of BXD.The findings provide scientific reference for establishing a quality control system and a whole process quality traceability system for Banxia Xiexin Decoction and its compound preparations.
