活血通络类方剂治疗糖尿病肾脏疾病的研究进展

糖尿病肾脏疾病(DKD)是导致慢性肾脏病和终末期肾病的首要病因,严重危害人类健康.中医认为血瘀是贯穿DKD全病程的重要病机,多项研究拟定了多个活血通络类方治疗DKD患者,其临床症状好转、蛋白尿减少、肾功能保护、治疗有效率提高和疾病进展延缓等方面均有成效.
Research Progress in Blood-activating and Collateral-dredging Prescriptions for Treating Diabetic Kidney Disease
Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is the primary cause of chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease,posing a se-rious risk to the human health.In TCM,blood stasis is considered as a key pathogenic mechanism throughout the course of DKD,and a number of blood-activating and collateral-dredging prescriptions have been developed for DKD patients.These prescriptions have shown definite efficacy in alleviating clinical symptoms,reducing proteinuria,protecting the renal function,improving the ther-apeutic effect,and delaying progression of DKD.
