从肾论治甲状腺癌术后的理论研究

随着社会压力的增大以及生活节奏的加快,甲状腺癌的发病率逐年上升.西医主要治疗手段包括手术切除、碘-131治疗和促甲状腺激素(TSH)抑制治疗等,经西医基础治疗后常会出现许多不适症状,中医药治疗可以有效改善这些症状.文章分析了甲状腺癌术后的病因病机,从肾的生理功能着手,阐明了甲状腺癌术后从肾论治的理论依据,介绍了从肾论治甲状腺癌术后的辨证分型、治法治则、方药及加减,为中医药治疗甲状腺癌术后不适症状提供了一定的理论基础.
Theoretical Research on Postoperative Treatment of Thyroid Cancerfrom the Perspective of Kidney Function
With the increase of social pressure and the acceleration of the pace of life,the incidence of thyroid cancer is increasing year by year.Surgical resection,iodine-131 therapy and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)inhibition therapy are the main treat-ment methods.After basic western medicine treatment,there are often many uncomfortable symptoms,while traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment can effectively improve these symptoms.This paper analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of thyroid cancer after operation.It starts from the physiological function of kidney,expounds the theoretical basis of postoperative treatment of thyroid cancer from the perspective of kidney function,and introduces its syndrome differentiation of symptoms and signs,treatment principles and modifications of herbal prescriptions,in order to provide a theoretical foundation for the TCM treatment of postopera-tive discomforts in thyroid cancer patients.
