摘要

见血清是兰科羊耳蒜植物,其药用历史悠久,具有清热解毒、凉血止血、消癥止痛之功效,用于吐血,咯血,肠风下血,血崩等病症.基于中药质量标志物(Q-marker)理论,从见血清的中药药性、传统功效、化学成分、现代药理作用等多个方面对见血清的Q-marker进行预测.初步确定见血清的生物碱类、菲类、黄酮类可作为主要的Q-marker,为建立和完善见血清的质量控制及评价方法提供依据.

Abstract

Liparis nervosa is a plant of Liparis L.C.Rich(Orchidaceae),with a long medicinal history.It has the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying,cooling the blood and stopping bleeding,and relieving symptoms and pain.It is used for vomiting blood,he-moptysis,intestinal sub wind blood,blood avalanche and other diseases.The chemical composition of L.nervosa mainly includes al-kaloids,benzoates,phenanthrene,dihydrophenanthrenes and biphenanthrenes,which have antihyperuric,haemostatic and anticancer effects.This paper reviews and summarizes the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of L.nervosa.Based on the five principles of Chinese medicine quality markers(Q-Marker),this study predicts the Q-Marker of L.nervosa from various aspects such as traditional Chinese medicine properties of,conventional effects,and modern pharmacological effects of L.nervosa.It is pre-liminarily determined that alkaloids,phenanthrenes and flavonoids can be used as the main Q-markers of L.nervosa,which provides a basis for establishing and improving the quality control and evaluation methods of L.nervosa.
