冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)是心血管疾病死亡的首要原因,是我国乃至全球亟待解决的重大公共卫生问题.目前的医学研究发现,CHD与慢性肾脏疾病相关,慢性肾脏疾病的许多常见指标是CHD发生发展的独立危险因素,控制肾脏疾病的进展或成为防治CHD的新思路.中西医结合防治CHD具有确切疗效.中医认为心肾生理相关、病理相通,随着社会生活方式的改变,CHD的中医证候不仅呈现出血瘀证,"肾虚血瘀"证的组合形式逐渐增多,成为CHD形成过程中的重要证候组合.本研究旨在梳理和探讨CHD肾虚血瘀证的理论源流与临床应用,以期为提高CHD的中医药防治水平提供理论依据.
Theoretical Origin and Clinical Application of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome in Coronary Heart Disease
Coronary heart disease(CHD),characterized by atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries,is the leading cause of cardio-vascular disease-related deaths and represents a major public health problem in China and globally.Current medical research has found an association between CHD and chronic kidney disease(CKD).Many common indicators of CKD are independent risk fac-tors for the occurrence and progression of CHD.Controlling the progression of kidney disease may offer a new approach to preven-ting and treating CHD.Integrated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine has demonstrated effective outcomes in the prevention and treatment of CHD.In TCM,the physiological connection and pathological similarities between the heart and kidneys are recognized.With changes in social lifestyles,the TCM syndromes associated with CHD have evolved beyond blood stasis syndrome to include combinations such as"kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome"which have become important diagnostic indicators in the formation of CHD.This study aims to review and explore the theoretical origins and clinical applications of the TCM syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in CHD,providing a theoretical basis for enhancing the level of TCM in the prevention and treatment of CHD.
