Data Mining of Medication Combination Patterns of Yegui in Treating Swelling Disease Based on Tongyang Theory
Objective:Explore the medication combination patterns of Yegui in the treatment of swelling disease using data mining.Methods:Medical cases and prescriptions for swelling from the"Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Records"were collected and organized.A database was established using office 2010,and frequency analysis was conducted.The Apriori algorithm in IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used for association rule analysis,and factor analysis was performed using SPSS Statistics 26.0.Results:A total of 83 prescriptions were included,involving 117 drugs,with a total of 527 times of medication frequency.There were 15 high-frequency drugs(frequency≥10 times).Among them,the most high-frequency single drugs were Poria cocos,Magnolia officinalis,and Atractylodes macrocephala.The most frequently used drug combination was cassia twig and licorice.The drug categories prima-rily included phlegm-resolving,interior-warming,and dampness-resolving diuretics;The properties is mainly warm,with a balance of cooling and warming;The flavor is mainly pungent and bitter;The most common meridians is spleen,stomach and lung;In clus-ter analysis,15 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines were grouped into seven groups,which had the best effect;two sets of the most commonly used drug pairs were identified through association rule analysis;and six common factors were extracted by fac-tor analysis.Conclusion:Yegui's treatment for swelling disease primarily uses the principle of promoting yang and water flow.He is good at using the Fugui formulation to play the role in warming the middle and invigorating yang,transforming qi and benefiting wa-ter.It emphasizing the spleen and lung health,advocating warming and tonifying,and benefiting Tongli.for the focus is on promoting lung,strengthening spleen and and warming kidney,supporting yang and supporting qi,and coordinating the upper and lower bod,ensuring the smooth flow of yang qi throughout the whole body,alleviating water retention,so as to restore the normal functions of qi,blood,fluids,and humors to harmonize yingfen and weifen and naturally eliminating swelling.
