缺血性脑血管疾病是常见的神经系统疾病之一,具有高致残率,高死亡率的特点,加剧了世界范围内的医疗卫生经济负担.缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)是低氧响应的关键因子,在缺血性脑血管病发生和发展过程中发挥重要作用,而针刺在缺血性脑血管病的治疗中同样显示出显著优势.针刺调控HIF-1α信号通路可能是针刺产生疗效的关键机制之一.既往研究初步表明针刺对HIF-1α的调控作用可能不仅与疾病的损伤类型相关,还可能与HIF-1α的表达的时效效应以及针刺的介入时机相关.
Mechanism of Acupuncture Regulating HIF-1α Signaling Pathway to Ameliorate Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease
Ischemic cerebrovascular disease is one of the common nervous system diseases with a high disability rate and high mor-tality,which has aggravated the economic burden of health worldwide.Hypoxia-inducible factor(HIF-1α)is a key factor in re-sponse to hypoxia,playing an important role in the occurrence and development of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Acupuncture has demonstrated significant advantages in the treatment of this disease.Acupuncture may regulate the HIF-1α signaling pathway to exert the therapeutic effect,which may be the main mechanism.Studies have shown that the regulatory effect of acupuncture on HIF-1α may be related to not only the type of injury but also the time effect of HIF-1α expression and the timing of acupuncture in-tervention.
