健脾祛痰法治疗血脂异常研究概况

血脂异常在我国普遍存在,中医药干预血脂异常越来越得到人们的重视.中医学认为脾主运化水谷精微,脂质亦需要脾的运化功能布散周身.脾气虚则脾失健运,清气不升,浊阴独留,生湿生痰;痰湿进一步阻碍气机,影响脾胃运化,使脾虚更甚,加重脂浊,浸润血脉.近年来健脾祛痰法被越来越多地应用于血脂异常的防治中,且在临床中收到不错的疗效.
Research Overview of Treating Dyslipidemia by Invigorating the Spleen to Eliminate Phlegm
Dyslipidemia is prevalent in China,and the intervention of dyslipidemia with TCM is garnering increasing attention.Ac-cording to the TCM theory,the spleen transports and transforms the essence of water and grain throughout the body,and lipid trans-portation relies on the spleen.The deficiency of spleen qi will cause the dysfunction of spleen in transportation.Accordingly,the clear qi fails to ascend,resulting in the accumulation of turbid yin and the generation of phlegm from dampness,which will further hinder the qi movement and affect the spleen and stomach in transportation and transformation.As a result,the spleen deficiency aggravates,leading to fat turbidity,which will infiltrate the blood vessels.The method of invigorating the spleen to eliminate phlegm is increasingly used in the prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia and has achieved satisfactory therapeutic effects in clinical practice.
