摘要
目的:探讨心脑宁胶囊对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后心绞痛患者的影响.方法:选取2021年5月至2022年3月河北省中医院心血管科收治的冠心病PCI术后合并不同程度心绞痛的患者132例作为研究对象,按照简单随机化(抛硬币)法分为对照组和观察组,每组66例,均给予常规西药治疗,对照组给予安慰剂治疗,观察组给予心脑宁胶囊口服.比较2组患者治疗前后心绞痛发作情况及硝酸甘油减停率、血脂、斑块面积、西雅图心绞痛量表评分以及不良反应.结果:治疗24周后,2组患者心绞痛发作情况、硝酸甘油减停率、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组更显著(均P＜0.05).2组患者治疗后躯体活动受限程度,心绞痛稳定状态,心绞痛发作情况,治疗满意程度及疾病认知程度均改善(均P＜0.05).结论:心脑宁胶囊联合西药短期治疗冠心病PCI术后心绞痛患者,可减少心绞痛发作次数,缩短心绞痛发作时间,减少抗心绞痛药物用量,有效控制血脂水平,且不良反应少.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Xinnaoning Capsules on angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 132 CHD patients with varying degrees of angina pec-toris after PCI,admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between May 2021 and March 2022,were enrolled and divided into a control group and an observation group by simple randomiza-tion(coin tossing),with 66 patients in each group.Both groups received conventional western medicine treatment.The control group was given a placebo,while the observation group received Xinnaoning Capsules orally.The incidence of angina attacks,the reduc-tion and discontinuation rate of nitroglycerin,blood lipid levels,plaque area,Seattle Angina Questionnaire scores,and adverse reac-tions were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results:After 24 weeks of treatment,both groups showed significant improvement in the incidence of angina attacks,nitroglycerin reduction and discontinuation rates,triglycerides,total cho-lesterol,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels compared to the conditions before treatment,with the observation group show-ing more significant improvement(all P＜0.05).After treatment,both groups also showed improvements in physical activity limita-tions,stability of angina,incidence of angina attacks,treatment satisfaction,and disease awareness(all P＜0.05).Conclusion:Xin-naoning Capsules combined with western medicine in the short-term treatment of angina pectoris in CHD patients after PCI can re-duce the frequency and duration of angina attacks,decrease the use of anti-angina medications,and effectively control blood lipid levels,with few adverse reactions.
