摘要
方证辨证即有是证用是方.本研究围绕方证辨证的基本思想,结合临床实际,认为方证辨证在基础层面可以为研究方的适用指征和作用机制、病证发生发展的规律及证的本质提供思路,在应用层面可以为传承中医医家经验、探索符合中医药领域特点的临床疗效评价方法、诊疗指南和临床路径以及中医学教育改革的新模式提供启示.
Abstract
The principle of formula-syndrome differentiation means selecting appropriate therapeutic formulas based on the specific syndrome of a disease.Based on the fundamental concept of formula-syndrome differentiation,combined with clinical practice,this study suggests that at the foundational level,formula-syndrome differentiation can provide insights into the indications and mecha-nisms of action of formulas,as well as the laws governing the development of diseases and the essence of syndromes.On the practi-cal level,it can guide the inheritance of clinical experience from traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)practitioners and exploration of clinical efficacy evaluation methods,guidelines,and clinical pathways that are in line with the characteristics of TCM,and offer new models for reforming TCM education.
