妊娠脉象客观化研究的现状与思考

摘要
妊娠脉在中医脉诊中占有重要地位,历代医家对妊娠脉辨析有着丰富的经验,也是脉诊客观化研究中不可分割的一部分.妊娠脉象蕴含复杂多样的生理病理信息和客观的临床结局指标,是脉诊客观化研究重要的突破口.概述妊娠脉象的研究现状,从采集设备、临床方案、随访工作、分析方法等方面表述存在的问题和思考,以期为探索中医脉诊客观化提供新的思路.
Abstract
In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pulse diagnosis,the pregnancy pulse holds significant importance.Throughout history,TCM physicians have accumulated extensive experience in analyzing pregnancy pulses,making it an integral part of the re-search on pulse diagnosis objectification.The pregnancy pulse contains a wealth of complex physiological and pathological informa-tion as well as objective clinical outcome indicators,serving as a crucial breakthrough point for the objectification of pulse diagno-sis.This paper reviewed the current situation of research on the pregnancy pulse and introduced issues and considerations in areas such as data collection equipment,clinical protocols,follow-up procedures,and analysis methods,aiming to provide new insights for the exploration of objectifying TCM pulse diagnosis.
