"肝为刚脏"理论在肝藏象临床辨治中的应用

摘要
肝藏象证候广泛应用于指导现代疾病的辨治中,并取得了较好的治疗效果,而"肝为刚脏"理论是肝脏生理的高度概括,对于肝藏象证候的诊断、预防和治疗具有重要意义.本文通过论述"肝为刚脏"理论的发生学,进一步总结和深化"肝为刚脏"理论的内涵.并基于"肝为刚脏"理论探讨肝藏象疾病临床常见证候及发病原因,并提出柔肝、平肝、泻肝和清肝的治疗方法,进一步丰富中医辨证肝藏象证候的理论及治法.
Abstract
The syndromes of liver manifestations are widely used to guide the disease differentiation and treatment in modern medi-cine,which has achieved good therapeutic effects.The theory of liver being firm-characterized zang organ is a high generalization of liver physiology,which is of great significance for the diagnosis,prevention,and treatment of liver manifestations.By discussing the genesis,this paper deepens the connotation of the theory of liver being firm-characterized zang organ.Furthermore,according to this theory,this paper discusses the common clinical symptoms and causes of liver diseases and puts forward the treatment methods of emolliating,pacifying,draining,and clearing the liver,enriching the theory and treatment methods of liver manifestations in TCM.
