摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的发病机制涉及炎症反应、氧化应激、蛋白酶/抗蛋白酶系统失衡等,其中蛋白酶与抗蛋白酶系统失衡为COPD的主要发病机制之一.增多的蛋白酶可通过参与炎症反应、降解细胞外基质、重塑气道等对肺组织造成破坏.近年来,中医药以蛋白酶-抗蛋白酶失衡为切入点,开展了大量的临床研究及基础实验,积累了丰硕的成果.
Abstract
The pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)involves inflammation,oxidative stress,and prote-ase-antiprotease imbalance,among which the protease-antiprotease imbalance is one of the main mechanisms of COPD.Increased protease can damage the lung tissue by participating in inflammation,degrading extracellular matrix,and remodeling airway.In re-cent years,a large number of clinical trials and basic studies have been carried out with protease-antiprotease imbalance as a break-through point,accumulating fruitful results.
