"针感"与临床针刺疗效的关系及其影响因素

"针感"为近代提出的词汇,为"得气"的客观化表现."针刺疗效"为针刺后产生的客观化结果.众多医家认为,只有产生"针感"才会有临床疗效;但临床发现,无"针感"的情况下也有疗效.因此,本文通过查阅相关文献归纳总结"针感"与临床疗效的相关研究并发现,有无"针感"均可以产生临床疗效,但二者之间的临床疗效具有显著差异,有"针感"的临床疗效更优,然而,显性针感与隐性针感的临床疗效之间却无明显差异,并对影响针感的因素进行了总结,以期为临床提高针刺疗效提供思路.
Relationship Between Acupuncture Sensation and Clinical Acupuncture Efficacy and Its Influencing Factors
The term acupuncture sensation is a modern concept that represents the objective manifestation of"Deqi".Acupuncture efficacy refers to the objective outcomes produced after acupuncture.Many medical practitioners believe that clinical efficacy is only achieved when acupuncture sensation occurs.However,clinical findings have shown that efficacy can also be observed without acu-puncture sensation.Therefore,this paper reviewed and summarized relevant literature on the relationship between acupuncture sen-sation and clinical efficacy,finding that clinical efficacy could be achieved with or without acupuncture sensation.However,there was a significant difference in clinical efficacy between them,with acupuncture sensation yielding superior results.Additionally,there was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between explicit acupuncture sensation and implicit acupuncture sensation.Factors influencing acupuncture sensation were also summarized to provide insights for improving clinical acupuncture efficacy.
