基于现代医学视野对肺癌中医辨证分型的溯源及拓展

摘要
作为医学体系的重要组成部分,中医药为肺癌病名和病因病机的认识贡献了传统角度与经典提要.近现代医家在临证经验的基础上总结常见相关证型,进一步补充与完善了肺癌辨证分型的体系.现基于现代医学视野,将肺癌中医辨证分型进行科学内涵上的拓展,在实验研究层面探究从"毒、痰、瘀、气、虚"论治肺癌的可能作用机制,同时以客观指标的表达与分布来揭示不同证型间的内在差异,以此丰富中医药现代辨证体系.
Abstract
As an important part of the medical system,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has contributed to the understanding of the name,etiology,and pathogenesis of lung cancer from a traditional perspective and classic summaries.On the basis of clinical ex-perience,modern and contemporary doctors have summarized common syndromes and improved the syndrome differentiation and classification system of lung cancer.From the perspective of modern medicine,this article links the TCM syndrome differentiation and classification of lung cancer with the modern disease system.From the perspective of experimental research and objective indi-cators,this article explores the correlations of lung cancer with TCM pathological factors such as toxin,phlegm,stasis,qi,and defi-ciency,aiming to reveal the internal differences between syndromes and enrich the modern TCM syndrome differentiation system.
