桡骨远端骨折临床治疗方法研究进展

桡骨远端骨折是临床常见的上肢骨折,老年患者居多,其治疗方法较多,主要分为保守治疗与手术治疗.保守治疗主要通过中医正骨手法复位和复位后联合小夹板、高分子石膏材料外固定.手术主要包括经皮克氏针内固定术、切开复位钢板内固定术、外固定架固定术、腕关节镜技术、腕关节置换术、髓内钉固定术.以上治疗方法的适应证、操作难度、临床疗效各不相同,治疗其相适应类型的桡骨远端骨折可单独应用,也可以2种或多种方法联合治疗.随着数字骨科发展,3D打印技术也广泛应用于桡骨远端骨折治疗.
Research Progress in Clinical Treatment of Distal Radius Fractures
Distal radius fractures,common upper limb fractures in clinical practice,mainly occur in the elderly and managed with conservative treatment or surgical treatment.Conservative treatment mainly involves traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)boneset-ting techniques for reduction or combined with small splints and polymer gypsum materials for external fixation after reduction.The surgical methods mainly include percutaneous Kirschner wire internal fixation,open reduction and steel plate internal fixation,exter-nal fixation,wrist arthroscopy,wrist joint replacement,and intramedullary nail fixation.The above treatment methods showcase var-ied indications,operational difficulties,and clinical efficacy and can be applied alone or in combination.With the development of digital orthopedics,3 D printing technology is widely used in the treatment of distal radius fractures.
