摘要

2型糖尿病(T2DM)是一种慢性代谢性疾病,近年来发病率逐年升高,尽管目前有多种治疗方法,但糖尿病病例和由此产生的并发症仍在增加.越来越多的研究发现肠道菌群是T2DM发生发展的重要因素,T2DM患者肠道菌群失衡导致菌群多样性和稳定性的破坏,而推拿可有效调节肠道菌群,参与到T2DM的治疗中.

Abstract

Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM)is a chronic metabolic disease with an increasing incidence in recent years.Despite the availability of various treatment methods,the number of T2DM cases and related complications continues to rise.Increasingly,research has found that the gut microbiota plays a crucial role in the development and progression of T2DM.An imbalance in the gut microbiota of T2DM patients leads to a disruption in microbiota diversity and stability.Massage has been found to effectively regulate the gut microbiota,contributing to the treatment of T2DM.
