Traditional Chinese medicine preparations have the advantages of low toxicity,few adverse effects,and reliable thera-peutic effects,and they are an important part of pharmaceutical products in China.However,the chemical components of traditional Chinese medicine preparations are easily affected by internal and external factors during preparation,storage,transportation,and ap-plication,leading to chemical stability problems of traditional Chinese medicine preparations due to chemical changes and thus af-fecting their security and pharmacological activity.How to improve the chemical stability of traditional Chinese medicine prepara-tions through effective measures is a crucial issue.Therefore,by analyzing the current research status of the general stability and chemical stability of traditional Chinese medicine preparations and summarizing the mechanism of chemical component change and influencing factors of traditional Chinese medicine preparations,this article proposed regulation strategies to improve the chemical stability of traditional Chinese medicine preparations based on relevant literature,so as to provide a reference for the research,de-velopment,and utilization of traditional Chinese medicine preparations.
