摘要

虚、郁是恶性肿瘤发生发展的核心病因病机,间质高压、基质刚度增加等力学微环境特点与中医气郁病机状态相似,而力学应答引起的酸性代谢产物积累、低氧、慢性炎症的特点与中医"气郁"所致痰凝、血瘀、化火的病机相似,免疫抑制的生化微环境特点与中医"正虚"的病机相似.应用扶正、调气治法可逆转肿瘤微环境.中医药遵从整体观念、辨证论治的宏观诊疗思维,对局部微观环境的阴阳平衡、稳态调节也同样具有积极影响.

Abstract

Deficiency and depression are core pathogenic mechanisms in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors.Characteristics of the mechanical microenvironment,such as increased interstitial pressure and matrix stiffness,are similar to the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pathogenesis of qi depression.Mechanical responses that lead to the accumulation of acidic metabolic products,hypoxia,and chronic inflammation align with the TCM pathogenesis of phlegm coagulation,blood stasis,and fire transformation due to qi depression.The biochemical microenvironment of immunosuppression corresponds to the TCM concept of deficiency of vital energy.Applying the TCM therapeutic principles of supporting vital energy and regulating qi can reverse the tumor microenvironment.TCM,with its holistic view and treatment based on syndrome differentiation,not only align with the macro-scopic aspects of diagnosis and treatment but also positively affects the balance of yin and yang and homeostasis in the local micro-environment.
