小蓟饮子是临床治疗下焦结热的经典名方,针对小蓟饮子的古今文献疏理考证对临床使用具有较大的价值.考证发现,小蓟饮子首见宋代严用和《济生方》,由生地黄、小蓟、通草、滑石、蒲黄、淡竹叶、藕节、当归、栀子、甘草组成,历代方剂组成较为稳定;基原与炮制方面,小蓟应选择小蓟地上部分,蒲黄为"炒蒲黄",通草应为"木通科木通",栀子选择生用,甘草选择火炙而非蜜炙,当归选择中上部分,其他药物则按原方使用;剂量方面,非急性期治疗可选择生地黄8∶余药1或各等分的比例进行使用,急性期根据不同病症进行用量调整;现代临床主要将其应用于泌尿生殖系统疾病的治疗.
Study on Ancient and Modern Literature of Famous Classical Formula Xiaojiyinzi
Xiaojiyinzi is a famous classical formula for the clinical treatment of heat accumulation in lower energizer.The textual research of ancient and modern literature on Xiaojiyinzi is of great value for clinical use.It is found that Xiaojiyinzi was first recor-ded in Formulas to Aid the Living written by Yan Yonghe in the Song Dynasty.It is composed of unprocessed Rehmanniae Radix,Cirsii Herba,Tetrapanacis Medulla,talcum,Typhae Pollen,Lophatheri Herba,Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Nodus,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Gardeniae Fructus,and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.Its composition was stable in the past.In terms of origin and process-ing,the aboveground part of Cirsium arvense should be selected,and stir-fried Typhae Pollen,Tetrapanacis Medulla prepared from Akebia quinata,unprocessed Gardeniae Fructus,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma stir-fried with liquid adjuvant on fire without hon-ey,and the middle and upper part of the Angelicae Sinensis Radix should be used,with the other medicines used according to the o-riginal prescription.In terms of dosage,in the non-acute stage,Xiaojiyinzi can be used at the ratio of unprocessed Rehmanniae Ra-dix to the remaining medicines to be 8∶1 or equal proportions,while in the acute stage,the dosage can be adjusted according to dif-ferent diseases.It is mainly applied in the treatment of urogenital diseases in modern clinical practice.
