Colon cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive tract,and its incidence has been rising in recent years.Inte-grated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment has shown better clinical efficacy.This article introduces Professor PIAO Bingkui's experience in treating colon cancer based on the"treatment according to time"theory.Emphasizing the spleen as the core,he advocates a time-based approach to treatment.Specifically,in spring,the liver is invigorated and the spleen is strength-ened;in summer,heat is cleared from the heart and the spleen is purged;in autumn,the spleen is tonified and the lungs are mois-tened to counter dryness;in winter,liver,spleen,and kidneys are nourished and regulated together.
