YANG Chunbo,a distinguished master of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),has dedicated much of his career to studying and treating diseases of the spleen and stomach,with particular focus on the spleen and stomach dampness-heat syndrome.Over more than 70 years of clinical practice,he developed a comprehensive system known as the"YANG's Spleen and Stomach Dampness-heat Theory".For the construction of"YANG's Spleen and Stomach Dampness-heat Theory",this study elaborated the origins of dampness-heat,its formation in the spleen and stomach,its theoretical core,and the development and inheritance of the theory,and emphatically introduced the key elements of this system,including the etiology and pathogenesis of spleen and stomach dampness-heat,setting diagnostic criteria,and identifying specific treatment formulas.
