Exploration and Reflection on the Objective Evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Daoyin Exercise Therapy
Daoyin exercise therapy offers a non-pharmacological treatment approach for many chronic and psychosomatic diseases, representing a unique exercise therapy within traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).However,a comprehensive treatment system and efficacy evaluation methods have yet to be established.Currently, infrared thermal imaging technology can objectively analyze the effects of Daoyin exercise on the body's qi and blood circulation and internal organ function,as changes in surface temperature can reflect underlying physiological and pathological conditions.Additionally, pulse diagnosis can assess the effects of Daoyin exercise through the analysis of pulse waveform changes.Future research could integrate these technologies and combine insights from fields such as sports science and psychology to provide scientific support for objective evaluation.Building on previous studies,it would be valuable to explore variations in physiological and psychological indicators, such as EEG and heart rate variability, during Daoyin exercise.By applying machine learning techniques and leveraging artificial intelligence, the modernization and digitization of TCM can be promoted to develop an intelligent evaluation system that offers references for Daoyin's application and enhances the poten-tial for combining TCM therapies with modern technology.
