摘要
芦笋具有较高的药用价值,活性成分丰富,主要含有多糖、黄酮、甾体及甾体皂苷、挥发油、酚和羧酸以及氨基酸等,具有抗肿瘤、降血脂、降血糖、降血压、抗氧化等药理作用.对芦笋活性成分和药理作用进行综述,并结合中药质量标志物(Q-maker)理论,从植物亲缘学及化学成分特有性、临床药效及传统功效、五味理论和化学成分可测性等方面,对芦笋质量标志物进行预测分析,初步确定芦丁、槲皮素、山柰酚、异鼠李素、菝葜皂苷元、绿原酸、肉桂酸、没食子酸、香豆酸、阿魏酸等可作为芦笋Q-Marker,以期为芦笋的质量评价研究提供参考.
Abstract
Asparagus officinalis L.has significant medicinal value and is rich in active components,primarily including polysaccha-rides,flavonoids,steroids,steroid saponins,volatile oils,phenolic compounds,carboxylic acids,and amino acids.It exhibits various pharmacological effects,such as anti-tumor,lipid-lowering,blood sugar-lowering,blood pressure-lowering,and antioxidant proper-ties.This review focused on the active components and pharmacological effects of A.officinalis L.,and conducted a predictive anal-ysis of quality markers(Q-markers)of A.officinalis L.by integrating the theory of Q-markers in Chinese medicine from the aspects such as plant's phylogenetic relationships,the uniqueness of its chemical components,clinical efficacy,traditional effects,five flavor theory,and the measurability of its chemical constituents.The preliminary results suggested that rutin,quercetin,kaempferol,isorh-amnetin,sarsasapogenin,chlorogenic acid,cinnamic acid,gallic acid,coumarin,and ferulic acid could serve as potential Q-markers for A.officinalis L.,aiming to provide references for the quality evaluation research of this plant.
