摘要
在高职院校的校企合作中，只有解决企业生产和学生实训难以协调，企业参与积极性差，双方利益不对等的问题，建立起校企合作的长效机制，才能提高校企合作的质量．
Abstract
It is argued that the key to the success of the school-enterprise cooperation lies in the long term mechanism to resolve the mutual benefit-based coordinations and improve the enthusiasm of enterpri ses.
